It was the name Garden of Eden that first attracted me to come here and to personally look at these plots and then secondly I realized that the staff and the owners Ms. Maya Shaji & Shaji Mathew is a reliable source, the Garden of Eden Property developers Pvt.Ltd. I didn’t get that gut feeling about the other ventures as I felt about this particular venture I don’t know why I just got into it. I think within week’s time I was able to decide about one plot 197 and today is a great day for me because I am coming right from the registration office to register the second plot here.

I think we should blindly go into purchase because the title is clear and everything is clear. It’s a beautiful venture and I have a beautiful plan. Need not say much it is something great and wonderful, beautiful, the serenity the land and all the staff they been very supportive and that’s what made easier for me. They call me up every time I need their help and all that adds when you plan on buying a plot because you don’t want to buy any tension and pressure, you want to buy something that is worth wile, valuable and something that’s going to be prosperous, healthy so that’s my motivation and good luck all of you.
